The American kitchen, adjoining a dining area, is completely equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, family two-door fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, orange juicer, mini-blender...

The bathroom is very spacious with a spectacular shower.

For the summer both the bedroom and the living room have a ceiling fan and air conditioning. In winter a wood-burning stove makes the atmosphere cosy.

In this house you have a spacious furnished terrace on the southside.

In addition there is a laptop-size safe. Bed linen and towels are provided.
